Personal shopping eh?  Personally we’ve never done it.  Paying a fortune to have someone run around a shop and pick clothes for us? No thanks sweetie…..

On Thursday night we went to a Topshop Personal Shopping event hosted at Gusto (mainly because Gusto is awesome) but hot dayuuum were we blown away by the Topshop presentation…and we wanna share it with you beauts!

 
First things first….if you’ve never been to Gusto on Bothwell Street Glasgow before, it’s time that changed honey! Owned by the Blackhouse group it has a little Grill on the Corner vibe but a little somethin’ somethin’ about the decor to make it it’s own…

  
Yup, trees. We love it! So relaxing, laid-back and the scent of the food in the air is devine!

 

We started off the evening with some tasty cocktails (mine was a mocktail…but still amazing) before heading in to the presentation…

  
As we walked in, we noticed some lovely new season pre-selected outfits, some bags  and shoes and a personal shopping menu?! Huh???? 
The girls, Kirsty and Cristina gave a short but sweet brief on the Personal Shopping Experience provided by Topshop…here’s what you need to know-

• It’s COMPLIMENTARY
• It’s not scary
• These girls REALLY know their stuff
• They provide everything from key season pieces and total wardrobe overhaul, to group appointments for you and your friends!
• It’s not just for young, stick figures as you may sometimes assume from the Topshop mannequins

We LOVED the outfits they pulled, mixing pieces, textures and prints specific to each body shape or size! Topshop Personal Shopping is exclusive to the Edinburgh and Glasgow Argyle Street stores and we are DEFINATELY going to give it a try!
